Shipping and Delivery

1. SINGAPORE DELIVERIES

1.1 Free Shipping via standard mail will apply for all Singapore deliveries and will take between 7-10 working days to fulfill. An email will be sent to you once an order is shipped out with an estimated date of arrival so you can look out for it.

1.2 Please note our delivery exclusion zones listed below:

- Changi Airport Transit Lounges and Airfreight Centre

- MINDEF COMCEN (Bukit Gombak Camp and Paya Lebar Airport)

- Offshore islands

- PSA Terminals/Wharves

- P.O Boxes

 

2INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

2.1 Airmail Postage Services

We will be using airmail postage services for international shipping orders. Based on weight, shipments will take between 15-25 days to fulfill. An email will be sent to you once an order has been shipped out with an estimated date of arrival so you can look out for it.

All international free shipping orders for printed products will be fulfilled via bulk postage airmail services. These cannot be registered or insured.

 

2.2 Special Arrangements

2.2.1 Please email speckledlambs@gmail.com if you wish to have your parcels couriered and we will try to make special payment and delivery arrangements for you.

2.2.2 Right now we only ship to: United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and selected parts of Indonesia, Philippines and India. If your province or country is not on this list, drop us an email at speckledlambs@gmail.com with your request and we will try our best to arrange a special shipment for you.

 

3 IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders that are shipped to destinations outside Singapore may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied by the governments of these destination countries. Customs policies vary from country to country and we are unable to advise what if any customs duties and/or taxes might apply. These charges have not been included in the prices of our products, or in the handling and shipping fees quoted. Please contact your local customs office for more information about the prevailing import duties and taxes in your country before making your purchase online.

By confirming your order, you agree to comply with all the customs laws and regulations of the destination country’s government and to bear any additional charges for import duties and/or taxes for customs clearance. We will not be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes under any circumstances.

We will not be liable for any refund, delivery delay and/or non-delivery of your order in the event that the product(s) which you have ordered is retained by third parties (e.g. shipping company) because of outstanding import duties and/or taxes.

 

4. DELIVERY DELAYS AND REFUNDS

We are unable to issue refunds or take responsibility for the following:

3.1 Items that are uncollected or lost in transit because of an incorrect address entered in the mailing address form.

3.2 Delays in delivery that are beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including and but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees.

3.3 Delays in delivery because credit card payments are either not approved or forthcoming for whatever reason.
